Instructions
1.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add ground turkey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is browned and cooked through.
3.
While the turkey cooks, slice the sweet peppers into strips.
4.
Once the turkey is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the sliced sweet peppers.
5.
Serve the turkey and pepper mixture with a dollop of hummus on the side and sprinkle with almonds.
