Instructions

    1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray with zero-calorie cooking spray.

    2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

  • 3.

    3. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  • 4.

    4. Pour in the egg whites and cook, stirring gently, until the eggs are fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes.

    5. Remove from heat and stir in the goat cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
