Instructions

1. Toast the high fiber keto bread slices lightly for added texture (about 2-3 minutes).

2. Layer 2 oz of lean ham on one slice of toasted bread.

3. Add a slice of low-fat cheese on top of the ham.
4.
4. Pile on a generous amount of fresh spinach.
5.
5. If desired, spread mustard or dressing on the other slice of bread before closing the sandwich.

6. Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and serve immediately.
