Instructions

1. Start by spiralizing the zucchinis into veggie noodles. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to create thin strips.

2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the zucchini noodles and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until slightly tender. Season with black pepper.

3. While the zucchini is cooking, prepare the sandwich. Place two slices of ham on each whole grain bun.

4. Once the zucchini is ready, layer it on top of the ham in the sandwich.

5. Optionally, add fresh spinach or mixed greens for extra fiber and nutrients.
