Instructions

  • 1.

    Lay out the high fiber tortilla on a clean surface.

  • 2.

    Spread 1/2 tablespoon of mustard and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil mayo evenly over the tortilla.

  • 3.

    Layer 2 oz of sliced turkey breast on one side of the tortilla.

  • 4.

    Add a slice of Swiss cheese if using.

  • 5.

    Top with a handful of fresh spinach, baby carrots, and cherry tomatoes.

  • 6.

    Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from the side with the fillings.

  • 7.

    Slice the wrap in half and serve with extra veggies on the side.
