Carrots apple high fiber tortilla wrap with 3 oz turkey Swiss cheese mustard and olive oil mayo

A simple and varied lunch choice Pete. Quite low in calories as well hope you enjoyed it!

Instructions

  • 1.

    Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.

  • 2.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on each tortilla.

  • 3.

    Layer 3 oz of turkey breast on each tortilla.

  • 4.

    Add 1 oz of Swiss cheese on top of the turkey.

  • 5.

    Sprinkle shredded carrots evenly across the tortillas.

  • 6.

    Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil mayonnaise on each wrap.

  • 7.

    Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.

  • 8.

    Slice each wrap in half and serve with apple slices on the side.

    4 whole grain high fiber tortillas

    12 oz lean turkey breast, sliced

  • 3.

    4 oz Swiss cheese, low-fat

  • 4.

    1 cup shredded carrots

  • 5.

    1 apple, sliced

  • 7.

    4 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise (light)
