Instructions
1.
Lay out the high fiber tortilla on a clean surface.
2.
Spread a thin layer of low-fat cream cheese or hummus over the tortilla (optional).
3.
Layer the sliced turkey evenly across the tortilla.
4.
Add a handful of spinach for extra fiber and nutrients.
5.
Place baby carrots and raspberries on top of the turkey.
6.
Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from one end, to form a wrap.
7.
Slice the wrap in half and serve with extra baby carrots and raspberries on the side.
