Instructions
1.
1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the lamb patties for about 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.

2. While the patties are cooking, prepare the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

3. In a large salad bowl, combine the fresh salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and diced avocado.

4. Once the patties are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.

5. Serve the salad topped with sliced lamb patties and drizzle with the yogurt dill dressing.

4 lamb patties (lean ground lamb)

2 cups fresh salad greens (spinach, arugula, or mixed greens)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 avocado, diced
5.
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
6.
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
7.
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8.
Salt and pepper to taste
9.
Whole grain bread (optional, for serving)
