Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, grapefruit segments, diced yellow bell pepper, alfalfa sprouts, and red onion.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3.
Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and gently toss to combine.
4.
Toast the multigrain sourdough slices until golden brown.
5.
Top each slice of bread with the tuna salad mixture and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy Mediterranean Tuna Salad!
