Instructions
1.
Cook the whole grain pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
2.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, grilled chicken, chopped celery, and steamed broccoli.
3.
In a small bowl, whisk together the hummus, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4.
Pour the hummus dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well coated.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
