Instructions

    1. Preheat your sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).

  • 2.

    2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place them in a vacuum-sealed bag and sous vide for 1 hour.

  • 3.

    3. While the pork is cooking, prepare the brown rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.

  • 4.

    4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss broccoli, zucchini, and green bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.

  • 5.

    5. Once the pork is done, sear it in a hot skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side for a nice crust.

  • 6.

    6. Serve the pork chops with cilantro lime rice and roasted vegetables.

    1 teaspoon garlic powder
