Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the sliced pork tenderloin and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Stir in broccoli and carrots, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5.
Add cooked brown rice and low-sodium soy sauce, stirring to combine and heat through (about 2 minutes).
6.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
