Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the low-fat cottage cheese and Chobani zero sugar Greek yogurt. Stir until well blended (2 minutes).
2.
Add the mixed berries to the bowl and gently fold them into the yogurt mixture (2 minutes).
3.
If using, sprinkle chia seeds and vanilla extract over the top and mix lightly (1 minute).
4.
Serve immediately in individual bowls or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)
