Instructions
1.
1. Season the pork shoulder with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Place the seasoned pork in the crock pot and add a splash of water or low-sodium broth.

3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

4. In the last hour of cooking, add the baked beans to the crock pot to heat through.

5. While the pork is cooking, prepare the salad by combining spinach, arugula, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.

6. Drizzle with Bolthouse dressing just before serving.
7.
7. Once the pork is done, shred it with two forks and serve alongside the baked beans and salad.

1 can (15 oz) low-sodium baked beans

2 cups fresh spinach

2 cups arugula
5.
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Bolthouse Farms dressing (or low-calorie dressing of choice)

1 tsp garlic powder
8.
1 tsp onion powder
9.
1 tsp smoked paprika
10.
Salt and pepper to taste
