Instructions
1.
Prepare the quinoa according to package instructions and let it cool.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and avocado.
3.
Spread 1 tsp of low-fat mayonnaise on each tortilla.
4.
Spoon the quinoa mixture onto each tortilla and wrap tightly.
5.
Serve with baby cucumbers and tzatziki sauce on the side.
