Instructions

1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

2. Add the trimmed green beans to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. While the green beans are cooking, shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.

4. Once the green beans are cooked, add the shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Heat for an additional 3-5 minutes until the chicken is warmed through.

5. Serve the chicken and green beans alongside a generous scoop of cottage cheese.
