Instructions

    1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.

    2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.

    4. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
