Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, mixed salad greens, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, diced cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes.

  • 2.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.

  • 3.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to combine.

  • 4.

    Cut the pita breads in half and fill each half with the salmon salad mixture.

  • 5.

    Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy meal!
