Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add diced onion and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Stir in the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

Add garlic powder, ginger, and soy sauce, mixing well.

Incorporate the shredded carrots, chopped kale, and sliced chili pepper. Cook until the kale is wilted (about 3-4 minutes).

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Serve over cooked brown rice and enjoy!
