Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine chopped spinach, feta cheese, shredded chicken (or chickpeas), diced tomatoes, and red onion.
2.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well to combine.
3.
Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
4.
Place a generous amount of the spinach and feta mixture in the center of each tortilla.
5.
Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
6.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded (or chickpeas for a vegetarian option)
