Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
2.
In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
3.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

2 cups shredded chicken (cooked and skinless)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
6.
