Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed super greens, red cabbage, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. (5 minutes)

Add the diced avocado and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl. (2 minutes)
3.
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds on top. (1 minute)
4.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried herbs (like oregano and basil), salt, and pepper to create the dressing. (3 minutes)
5.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. (2 minutes)
6.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy super greens salad!
