Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

While the turkey is cooking, prepare the salad base by combining the chopped romaine lettuce, spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and corn in a large bowl.

Once the turkey is cooked, let it cool slightly before adding it to the salad mixture.

Top the salad with shredded cheese and drizzle with low-fat dressing.

Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
