Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the lean ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water to the turkey, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced red bell pepper, jalapeño, avocado, red onion, and black beans.
4.
Top the salad with the seasoned turkey mixture.
5.
Drizzle with salsa, sprinkle with light shredded cheese, and add a dollop of light sour cream.
6.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
