Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
2.
While the beef is cooking, prepare the salad base by placing the chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl.
3.
Once the beef is cooked, add it to the bowl with the lettuce.
4.
Top the salad with Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, turkey bites, Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, and sliced almonds.
5.
If using, add diced tomatoes and black beans for extra flavor and fiber.
6.
Toss gently to combine all ingredients and serve immediately.

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
3.
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
4.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5.
1 cup turkey bites, chopped
6.
1/2 cup Colby & Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
7.
1/4 cup sliced almonds
8.
1 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
9.
1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained (optional for added fiber)
