Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, and diced red bell pepper.
2.
Add the cooked, shredded chicken on top of the vegetables.
3.
Drizzle the low-sugar Thai dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.
4.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
