Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, olive oil mayo, chopped dill pickles, celery, red onion, and fresh dill (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are combined. (5 minutes)

Add the fresh spinach to the mixture and gently fold it in to incorporate. (2 minutes)
3.
Warm the Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable. (1 minute)
4.
Spoon the tuna salad mixture onto each tortilla, wrap it up, and serve immediately. (2 minutes)

1.5 tablespoons olive oil mayo (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
3.
1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped
5.
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
7.
4 Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas

2 cups fresh spinach (for added fiber)
