Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, diced onion, green pepper, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and banana peppers.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
3.
Gently toss all ingredients together until well mixed.
4.
Serve over a bed of mixed lettuce or as a filling for lettuce wraps.
