Its a great choice for a light and nutritious meal. Since youre so close to your weekly target Im curious to know when youre planning your next protein-rich dinner. Lets keep the momentum going and hit that target!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

  • 2.

    Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.

  • 3.

    Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well mixed.

  • 4.

    Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
