Its a great choice for a light and nutritious meal. Since youre so close to your weekly target Im curious to know when youre planning your next protein-rich dinner. Lets keep the momentum going and hit that target!”
Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
2.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper.
3.
Gently toss the salad until all ingredients are well mixed.
4.
Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
