I completely almost forgot to update my lunches...its been a crazy day! I had a tuna wrap and honey crisp apple with some water. It was filling and tasty. Now Im off to exercise!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, combine the drained tuna with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  • 2.

    Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.

  • 3.

    Evenly distribute the tuna mixture onto each wrap.

  • 4.

    Top with chopped lettuce and sliced red onion.

  • 5.

    Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

  • 6.

    Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

    4 whole wheat wraps

    2 cups of lettuce, chopped

  • 4.

    1 cup of red onion, thinly sliced

  • 5.

    1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)

    Salt and pepper to taste
