Today for lunch I ate the same tuna wrap I usually have with two baby oranges on the side. I plan on adding variety I just need to make a list and go to the grocery store. But Im not sick of this meal yet. I enjoyed it and had no struggles.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, mix the drained tuna with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. (2 minutes)

  • 2.

    Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface. (1 minute)

  • 3.

    Spread the tuna mixture evenly on each wrap. (2 minutes)

  • 4.

    Top with chopped lettuce and sliced red onion. (2 minutes)

  • 5.

    Roll the wraps tightly, slice in half, and serve. (3 minutes)

    4 whole wheat wraps

    2 cups of lettuce, chopped

  • 4.

    1 cup of red onion, thinly sliced

  • 5.

    1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

  • 6.

    1 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • 7.

    Salt and pepper to taste
