Off to a great start! Your meal looks amazing The wholegrain bagel is a great source of fiber that will help keep you full. The turkey slices provide lean protein which is also key for satiety. The avocado adds a bit of healthy fats and the cucumber and tomato are excellent vegetable choices!

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Start by toasting the wholegrain bagels until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

  • 2.

    2. While the bagels are toasting, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and mix in diced red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice for added flavor.

  • 3.
