Instructions

1. Start by toasting the wholegrain bagels until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

2. While the bagels are toasting, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and mix in diced red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice for added flavor.

3. Once the bagels are toasted, spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture on each half.

4. Layer 2 slices of turkey breast on top of the avocado spread for each bagel half.
