Simple tonight kind of tired. Still lots of protein and fiber though! Quinoa and chia wrap with lettuce avocado tsp mayo low sodium turkey breast and uncured ham along with some brown rice crisps (which also contain corn chia and flax seeds).

The quinoa and chia wrap with avocado and lean meats is a fantastic choice and those brown rice crisps are a smart side! theyre not only tasty but also packed with fiber from the corn chia and flax seeds

Instructions

  • 1.

    Lay out the quinoa wraps on a clean surface.

  • 2.

    Spread 1 tsp of low-fat mayonnaise on each wrap.

  • 3.

    Layer each wrap with lettuce leaves, followed by slices of turkey and ham.

  • 4.

    Add avocado slices and mixed greens if using.

  • 5.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • 6.

    Wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you roll from the bottom up.

  • 7.

    Cut in half and serve with brown rice crisps on the side.
