Instructions
1.
Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface.
2.
Spread a thin layer of low-fat cream cheese on each tortilla.
3.
Layer the sliced turkey evenly across the tortillas.
4.
Add slices of avocado, followed by lettuce and shredded carrots.
5.
Roll the tortillas tightly, starting from one end and tucking in the sides as you go.
6.
Slice each wrap in half and serve with a side of grapes and whole grain pretzels.

1 ripe avocado, sliced

2 cups lettuce (romaine or spinach)

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup whole grain pretzels (for a side)
