Instructions
1.
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
2.
Spread a thin layer of yogurt or dressing on each tortilla.
3.
Layer the turkey slices evenly across the tortillas.
4.
Add sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sprouts on top of the turkey.
5.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
6.
Carefully roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
7.
Slice each wrap in half and serve with a side of broccoli salad.

4 whole grain or spinach tortillas

8 oz lean turkey breast, sliced

1 ripe avocado, sliced

2 cups lettuce, shredded
5.
1 cup tomatoes, diced
6.
1 cup sprouts
7.
1 cup broccoli, chopped
8.
1/4 cup low-fat yogurt or dressing of choice (preferably low in sugar)
9.
Salt and pepper to taste
