Nice one!! The broccoli salad is a great side adding even more fiber to your meal. The blackberry jasmine green tea is a refreshing and healthy beverage choice

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Start by preparing the broccoli salad. Steam the broccoli until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

  • 2.

    2. In a bowl, mix the steamed broccoli with Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    3. Lay out the spinach wraps on a clean surface.

  • 4.

    4. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of chipotle mayo (or Greek yogurt) on each wrap.

    5. Layer the turkey slices, avocado, lettuce, and tomato evenly on each wrap.

    6. Sprinkle shredded jack cheese on top of the vegetables.

    7. Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
