Instructions

1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Lay out the whole grain wraps on a flat surface.

3. Layer each wrap with sliced turkey, avocado, scrambled eggs, shredded lettuce, and cheese if using.

4. Roll the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the filling.

5. Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for a meal on the go.
