Halfway there! The lean protein from the turkey and the fiber from the spinach and kale are excellent choices that will help keep you full. The avocado adds a bit of healthy fats which is a great addition

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. Start by laying out the tortillas on a clean surface.

  • 2.

    2. Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on each tortilla for added flavor.

  • 3.

    3. Layer each tortilla with 2.5 oz of sliced turkey, followed by slices of avocado and tomato.

  • 4.

    4. Add a handful of fresh spinach and kale to each wrap for extra fiber.

  • 5.

    5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on top of each wrap.

    6. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
