Instructions
1.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing for the salad. (2 minutes)

Lay out the wraps on a clean surface. (1 minute)
3.
Layer each wrap with sliced turkey, avocado, sprouts, and tomato. (5 minutes)
4.
Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the English peas and mix well. (2 minutes)
5.
Wrap each tortilla tightly, slice in half, and serve with the English pea salad on the side. (5 minutes)
