Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add diced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until softened (about 3-4 minutes).

Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
6.
To assemble, take a lettuce leaf, add a scoop of the turkey mixture, top with shredded carrots and cilantro, and wrap it up.

1 head of romaine or butter lettuce (for wrapping)
