Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped spinach, grated zucchini, onion, garlic, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined (about 5 minutes).

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
4.
Cook the meatballs in the skillet for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Serve warm with a side of whole grain bread or a fresh salad.

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
