Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, zucchini, spinach, onion, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
5.
While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
6.
Serve the meatballs with the marinara sauce drizzled on top.

1/2 cup marinara sauce (low sugar)
