Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.

While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.

Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and let them simmer for a few minutes.
7.
To serve, place a high-fiber wrap on a plate, add a handful of baby spinach, and top with meatballs and sauce. Serve with sliced carrots on the side.

1 egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup marinara sauce (low sugar)
11.
4 high-fiber wraps
12.
1 cup baby spinach
13.
1 cup sliced carrots
