Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, rolled oats, chopped onion, grated zucchini, ketchup, beaten egg, black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for added flavor.
4.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
