“Started dinner at 530. Have 12 turkey patties made last night. Yes I cook at night and go to sleep late. So meal planning would help. To figure out how to cook earlier and having some kind of plan or schedule. Ill try tomorrow during the day but I know from experience i dont seem to do it unless there is some kind of ultimatum like sell by date.”

“Nice!! Your meal planning strategy of cooking turkey patties ahead of time is a smart move. Since youve mentioned wanting to cook earlier in the day perhaps you could try prepping ingredients in the morning for a smoother cooking process in the evening. This way you can avoid the rush and still enjoy your meals earlier. Remember every small step you take is a big leap towards your health goals. Looking forward to hearing about your next early dinner!”
