Your salad looks delicious and is a great choice for a fiber and lean protein-rich dinner! The turkey provides lean protein while the lettuce kale and carrots are excellent sources of fiber. The sunflower seeds and almonds add a bit of healthy fats which are also important for a balanced meal. The thin crackers can add a nice crunch. Keep up the good work!

Instructions

  • 1.

  • 2.
