Instructions

  • 1.

    In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and spinach. (2 minutes)

  • 2.

    Add diced cucumber, sliced red onion, grated carrot, halved grapes, and shredded turkey. (5 minutes)

  • 3.

    Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top. (1 minute)

  • 4.

    In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. (2 minutes)

  • 5.

    Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. (2 minutes)

  • 6.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. (optional)
