Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, kale, and shredded carrots. (5 minutes)
2.
Add the shredded turkey, sunflower seeds, almonds, and raisins to the bowl. (3 minutes)
3.
Toss the salad gently to mix all ingredients evenly. (2 minutes)
4.
If desired, drizzle with low-fat dressing and toss again. (2 minutes)
5.
Serve with a side of Triscuits or whole grain crackers. Enjoy!

1/4 cup low-fat dressing (optional)
