Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed lettuce, shredded cabbage, and grated carrots. (5 minutes)
2.
Add the diced turkey ham and cubed low-fat mozzarella cheese to the bowl. (2 minutes)
3.
Slice the hard-boiled eggs and arrange them on top of the salad. (3 minutes)
4.
Serve with vinaigrette dressing on the side to control the amount used.

4 cups mixed lettuce (romaine, spinach, etc.)

2 cups shredded cabbage
3.
1 cup grated carrots
4.
8 oz turkey ham, diced
5.
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
6.
4 oz low-fat mozzarella cheese, cubed
7.
1/4 cup vinaigrette dressing (on the side)
