Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add diced onion and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).

Stir in sliced zucchini and yellow squash, along with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender (about 5-7 minutes).
